HOW LONG IS PROCESSING, SHIPPING, AND HANDLING?

Processing takes up to 2-3 business days with an additional 2 -3 business days for shipping. After receiving tracking number via email, the shipping activity will be visible after 24 hours. 

CAN YOU MAKE CHANGES TO ORDER AFTER ORDER IS PLACED?

Unfortunately due to high volume of orders, once order has been placed and completed with payment you will not be able to change order, please review our return/refund policy. 

ARE REFUNDS AVALIABLE?

We do not issue refund on orders that have completed payments and shipped.  Orders may be returned at purchaser own shipping expense  if product is still in brand new condition, packaging must be unopened , unaltered, unworn, and undamaged. All tags and packaging must be included with items. If Elegacy locks are being returned the tie around hair bundle must be untouched. ( we will not accept any merchandise that has been used in any form which includes brushed, combed, picked out, or washed). Store credit will be provided via gift card if the above conditions are meet and mechandise has been  returned within 7 business days after purchase was received.
